Autoway.ca offers a no hassle 14 day exchange policy. This means any issues related to faulty mechanical operation or any hidden damage on the vehicle that can not be repaired within 5 business days (brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase) you will be given 100% of the purchase price (a small user fee may apply to vehicles that have been driven more than 200 klms) back on an exchange for any other vehicle in our inventory. If we do not have a vehicle in our inventory that meets your requirements we will locate one through our used car factory, which can search up to 30,000 vehicles per day. Just a note of interest for your confidence: Since autoway.ca’s inception in 1999 we have only had one request, for a vehicle to be exchanged.
